If you would like to be a vendor, please submit a request and we’ll send you an application.

Booth Pricing:

  • Single Booth Space - 10×10 space: Includes one 8’ table, 2 chairs, 2 vendor passes $225.00

  • Corner Booth Space - 10×10 space: Includes one 8’ table, 2 chairs, 2 vendor passes $250.00

  • Double Booth Space - 20×10 space: Includes two 8’ tables, 2 chairs, 2 vendor passes $325.00

  • Island Booth Space - 10×10 space: Includes four 8’ tables, 4 chairs, 4 vendor passes $300.00

  • XL Island Booth Space - 20×10 space: Includes 6 8’ tables, 4 chairs, 4 vendor passes $450.00

  • 10% OFF for returning vendors if paid by August 1, 2024 plus all vendors paid in fully by August 1st will be entered into a drawing for $200 back on their booth fee!

  • Each vendor will be provided 2 complimentary 1-day passes. This may be used for friends, family, guests as well as extra vendor workers in lieu of having to purchase extra vendor passes. 

Note: Power and table linens are included with boots spaces free of charge

The Holiday Inn has reserved a block of rooms for our vendors at a reduced rate.
